Order and payment:
At MyHQ, we ask you to pay in full and for the money to be in our account before we’ll place your order. We accept Mpesa, MTN Money transfer, cash and bank payments.
Exchange rates :
Our exchange rates are based on the pound sell rate on the Forex market. Our rate may be slightly higher than the market sell rate, this is to include any bank charges we incur in transferring money from Kenya/Uganda to the UK.
