4. Q: Why the fan could not be turned off through press the power button? or cannot reach the 3rd speed ?

A: Please recharge the fan when it could not be turned off. If there isn’t enought power left in the battery, the fan could not reach its 3rd speed setting or be turned off . This problem will be solved after charging
